Welcome to MedMost Software ("MedMost", "we", "our"). By accessing medmostgroup.com or purchasing any of our services (website development, custom software, mobile applications, hosting, SEO and related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are defined in the order confirmation, quotation, or written agreement between MedMost and the client.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Work on any project starts only after the agreed advance payment is received.
• Renewal fees (hosting, domains, maintenance) are due before the expiry date shown on the invoice.
• Late payment may result in suspension of hosting or support services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate information, content, and any required access in a timely manner.
• The client guarantees that all materials supplied do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Approval delays by the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on client feedback and third-party providers.
• Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
• Once the client approves the final deliverable, the project is considered complete.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or license of the custom deliverables as defined in the agreement.
• MedMost retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
• Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Services

Where services depend on third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, payment gateways), MedMost is not liable for outages, policy changes, or actions of those providers.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to host or distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates Egyptian or international law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedMost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question during the preceding 12 months.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business or technical information received during the project.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
